Position Highlights
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our team.
This role is highly flexible and can be tailored to your preferred work style, including:
- Fully remote (telepsychiatry)
- Hybrid (remote + in-office)
- In-office only
We welcome both experienced psychiatric providers and those new to psychiatry.
Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will be provided for clinicians transitioning into the field.

- Part-time (flexible hours)

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary up to $200,000 annually (full-time equivalent, based on experience and productivity)

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed
Qualifications
- Active Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain) in California
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- CAQ in Psychiatry (for PAs) preferred but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Interest in psychiatry and mental health care
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in psychiatry
- Experience with telehealth platforms
